I've realised that people never seem to notice these people who remain behind the scenes in schools- be it MJ or whatever- and perhaps, we take them for granted. Without them, any event cannot run, based on the reason that we need them to add that finishing touch to the success of any event.
I take it for granted as well that they are just there, and I used to think that I should use them mainly for that reason. That snapping was insensitive and really bitchy of me because I never really considered you all as a service, but rather, as people who are supposed to help me. So, I hope that you accept my apology (:
